  • Order processing begins after payment confirmation.

  • To modify or cancel your order, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 12 hours of placing the order.

Order Cutoff & Handling Time

  • Order cutoff time: 1:00 PM EST

  • Handling time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday)

Shipping Time

  • Estimated transit time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday) via free shipping

Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

  • You can also track your order directly through our website.

  • Please note: Shipping delays due to postal issues or customs inspections may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • All orders are shipped with insurance to protect against loss or damage.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or held at customs, we’ll send you a replacement with priority shipping and tracking, if available.

  • Once the package leaves our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the postal service, but we’ll assist wherever possible.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • Some carriers may not support delivery to P.O. Boxes. Please verify carrier policies and notify us of any relevant restrictions when placing your order.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • However, you may be responsible for local import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery, depending on your region’s regulations.
